The lawyer may cancel an order in the following situations:
In this case, the lawyer will promptly notify the Clients about the cancellation of the order, and both parties will be returned to the situation prior to placing the order, by refunding the fee paid to the Client.

In all these situations, the amount paid as a fee for the consultation will be fully refunded within 48 hours from the request for refund made by the Client. However, with the Client's agreement, if applicable, a new Online Consultation can be scheduled depending on the availability of both parties.
All legal services are charged, and no free legal services are provided. If you require free legal consultation, we recommend contacting the lawyers provided by CNAJGS.
The payment for the fee is made according to the equivalent in the national currency at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Moldova at the time of payment, via bank card, through the E-commerce VICTORIA BANK system at the time of completing the form on the website.
The payment is made in full before the online legal consultation services are provided.
The payment is complete and validated upon receiving the confirmation email of the order.
The fees are displayed on the website, and they will not change after the order has been placed.
To obtain online legal consultation, an order is placed on the website www.baapp.md, following these steps:

If you agree with the displayed price for the online consultation and other services, fill out the form on the website with your name, surname, phone number, email address, preferred communication method (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone), using a brief description of the legal issue, asking questions, or requesting legal opinions. You must also read the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, and then check the corresponding box to agree with this content before proceeding to the next step.

After completing the form, you will be redirected to the next page to make the payment. Documents can also be sent by email to info@baapp.md.
Step 3
You will receive a confirmation email for the Online Consultation with the information and details filled in the form, confirming the lawyer's commitment to provide the online legal service.

Shortly, the lawyer will contact you using the selected communication method for the actual consultation, which will take place within the chosen time frame.
The legal services provided are in areas such as administrative law, contraventions, family law, criminal law, tax law, consumer protection, domestic violence, traffic accidents, etc.
According to Law No. 1260 of 19.07.2002 regarding the legal profession, in exercising their profession, the lawyer is independent and is subject only to the law, the statute of the legal profession, and the lawyer's ethical code. The lawyer is free to choose their position and is not obliged to coordinate it with anyone, except for the client.
The legal consultation activity lasts for 60 minutes. The online consultation begins once the client is contacted. Therefore, once the order has been placed, the client can no longer withdraw the order or request a refund of the fee.
Legal services provided through Online Consultation, either video or audio, using applications such as Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, or other means of remote communication that allow effective and real-time communication between the lawyer and the client.
The fee represents the amount indicated in the table, corresponding to the Online Consultation services provided within a set time frame mentioned in the same table.
An electronic form provided on the www.baapp.md platform, which the client completes and submits to the lawyer for the purpose of purchasing Online Legal Consultation services.
The profession of lawyer is exercised by qualified and authorized individuals, according to the law, to plead and act on behalf of their clients, to practice law, to appear before a court, or to consult and represent their clients in legal matters. The profession of lawyer is free and independent, with autonomous organization and functioning, according to the law and the statute of the profession. The lawyer's activity is not an entrepreneurial activity.
The Client will benefit from online legal consultation for the entire period for which the fee has been paid.
During the legal consultation, the lawyer will be available to the Client and will provide legal information as follows:
The lawyer reserves the right not to respond to requests that are incomplete and/or do not contain sufficient elements to outline the legal issue, to incorrectly or unintelligible formulated questions.
If an online consultation is interrupted due to technical reasons beyond the parties' control and communication cannot be resumed within 10 minutes, the client has the right to request rescheduling the online consultation under the same conditions, for the remaining unused time, with the same lawyer, within a limited time frame.
If the Client answers the lawyer's call to initiate the Online Consultation, the consultation will automatically be extended by the minutes corresponding to the delay.
Furthermore, the lawyer reserves the right not to respond to new issues raised during the Online Consultation that require in-depth study and cannot be answered within the time frame requested by the client.
If an online consultation lasts less than the duration for which the Client has paid and it ends with the Client's agreement, no amount will be refunded to the Client for the unperformed consultation time. The fee is not divisible.
If an online consultation exceeds the duration paid by the client, with the Client's consent, who will be informed of the additional fee, the consultation will continue, provided that the lawyer has availability, and the additional fee will be paid.
The lawyer reserves the right to terminate an ongoing consultation or refuse an unstarted consultation if the online consultation does not take place in a civilized manner, the Client exhibits behavior contrary to good morals, inappropriate communication, or insults the lawyer. In such cases, the Client has no right to request a refund of the paid fee.
The answers provided by the lawyer must be understandable to the Client, so that they can legally understand the raised issue, as well as the lawyer's answers or recommendations. The lawyer may refer to legal norms and case law, always in an understandable manner, even for those who are not legal professionals, being careful to suggest practical solutions and concrete strategies to be adopted for solving the proposed case.
